IL SB3459

Prohibits local governments and public health authorities from requiring licenses, permits, or fees for individuals under 18 years old selling lemonade or other nonalcoholic beverages from stands on private property (with owner permission) or in public parks.

Shields beverage sellers under 18 and property owners from liability for injuries to customers, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct or gross negligence.

Allows local governments and public health authorities to require sellers to post notice to customers about the lack of duty of care and limited liability.

Exempts the City of Chicago from these provisions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
