Amends the Parking Excise Tax Act to exempt parking in areas owned by religious organizations that are exempt from property taxes under Section 15-40 of the Property Tax Code.

Adds a new exemption (paragraph 5) to the list of existing exemptions in Section 10-20 of the Parking Excise Tax Act.

Exemption applies only to parking areas owned by the religious organization; does not apply if operated by a third party under lease or other contractual arrangement.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
