Amends Section 5-565 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to make technical corrections to language regarding the Department of Public Health.

Corrects duplicate article "the" in the section heading and changes "preemptory" to "peremptory" in subsection (9) regarding administrative rules review.

Adds commas in subsection (10) for grammatical clarity in descriptions of health disparities and planning team composition.

References Public Act 93-975 (January 1, 2005) with specific effective date instead of generic amendatory act language.
