Manufacturers, distributors, and importing distributors may stock alcoholic liquor at retail establishments during or within 24 hours of a sales call or delivery, provided they do not move or disturb other companies' products

Product rotation (moving fresher products to point-of-sale areas) is permitted once per sales call or delivery within the same 24-hour window

Merchandising resets involving large-scale rearrangement of products are limited to 4 times per year, with retailers required to provide at least 14 days' notice to all affected distributors

Distributors may provide recommended shelf diagrams and display schematics to retailers but cannot condition pricing discounts, rebates, or brand access on whether retailers implement these suggestions

Distributors are prohibited from affixing prices to products or entering prices into retailer computer systems, though they may affix shelf tags identifying product and price after stocking
