Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act by adding Section 15-70(s) to require dispensing organizations to carry liability insurance coverage.

Insurance coverage amount must equal at least the liability amount required for sellers of alcoholic liquor under Section 6-21(a) of the Liquor Control Act of 1934.

Applies to all dispensing organization license types: Early Approval Adult Use, Conditional Adult Use, Adult Use Dispensing Organization, and medical cannabis dispensing organizations.
