Extends provisional license term for home health agencies from 120 days to 240 days.

Allows provisional licenses to be renewed once for an additional 240-day period (increased from 120 days) if the applicant is making significant progress toward meeting licensure requirements.

Extends the maximum term for provisional licenses issued to non-compliant licensed agencies from 120 days to 240 days, with option for one additional 240-day extension.

Changes home health agency license fees from a flat $25 fee to fees set by rule by the Department of Public Health.

Effective January 1, 2021.
