IL SB3570

Adds new offense of aggravated criminal sexual assault for persons who commit sexual penetration with victims aged 18-19 who are students at public or private secondary schools if the accused held a position of trust, authority, or supervision over the victim at that school, classified as a Class X felony.

Adds new offense of criminal sexual abuse for persons who commit sexual conduct with victims aged 18-19 who are students at public or private secondary schools if the accused held a position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation to the victim at that school, classified as a Class 4 felony.

Modifies sentencing provisions in the Criminal Code of 2012 to include the new offenses under sections 11-1.30 (aggravated criminal sexual assault) and 11-1.50 (criminal sexual abuse).
