IL SB3582

Amends the Illinois Lottery Law to rename the special instant scratch-off game from "The End of Alzheimer's Begins With Me" to a general Alzheimer's care, support, education, and awareness scratch-off game.

Removes the January 1, 2021 discontinuation date, allowing the scratch-off game to continue indefinitely rather than operating for only one year.

Net revenue from the scratch-off game continues to be deposited into the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, defined as total ticket sales minus prizes paid out and Department administrative expenses.

Requires the Department not to unreasonably diminish marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off lottery games while the Alzheimer's scratch-off is being sold.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
