IL SB3605

Requires the State Board of Education to publish on its website by January 1, 2022 and annually thereafter the total number of school support personnel endorsements for each school district as of November 1st.

Mandates reporting of school support personnel by employment type: full-time employees, part-time employees, those employed by special education joint agreements, and contracted service providers.

Requires disaggregation of pupil-to-school support personnel ratios by endorsement area and grade levels (K-5, 6-8, 9-12).

Requires each school district to report required information to the State Board of Education by November 16, 2021 and annually thereafter, and make the information available on the district's website.

Applies to regular school districts (Section 10-20.73) and special charter districts (Section 34-18.66).
