• Removes references to inter-track wagering location licensees from the definition of "licensed establishment" under the Video Gaming Act.

• Eliminates the 1,000-foot location restriction that previously prevented establishments authorized to conduct video gaming from operating within 1,000 feet of an organization licensee facility.

• Makes conforming changes to Section 25 of the Video Gaming Act to strike out language referencing inter-track wagering licensees in location restriction provisions.

• Maintains other location restrictions, including the 100-foot distance requirement from schools and places of worship.
