Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct an official mailing survey of all persons licensed or registered under regulatory Acts subject to repeal under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Department must compile survey results into a report submitted to the Governor and General Assembly at least 12 months before the scheduled repeal of the regulatory Act.

Survey must include questions about how Act requirements protect Illinois citizen health and safety, how the Act protects the profession from bad actors, suggested changes to improve the profession, and effectiveness of continuing education requirements.
