Amends the Environmental Protection Act by making a technical change to Section 5 concerning the Pollution Control Board.

Changes the article "the" in the description of the Pollution Control Board name from struck-through to underlined text (corrects grammatical reference to "the Pollution Control Board").

Maintains all existing provisions regarding the Board's composition of 5 technically qualified members, appointment process, term lengths, compensation, and operational procedures.

Preserves the Board's authority to determine environmental control standards, conduct proceedings on violations and complaints, and prescribe permit fees.
