Requires the agricultural education unit within the State Board of Education to maintain staffing with a minimum of one full-time employee.

Expands the advisory committee's duties to include advising the State Board on administration of the agricultural education line item appropriation and agency rulemaking affecting agricultural education educators.

Modifies committee membership composition from 13 members with specific fixed numbers to a structure allowing ranges: 3 from Illinois Leadership Council, up to 3 agriculture business experts, 2-4 secondary agriculture teachers, 1-2 "Ag In The Classroom" teachers, 1 community college teacher, 1-2 adult agriculture teachers, 1-2 university agriculture teacher educators, and 1 FFA representative.

Maintains the committee's responsibility to develop curriculum and oversee implementation of the Build Illinois through Quality Agricultural Education plan.

Requires school districts offering approved secondary agricultural education programs to provide approved course sequences, an FFA chapter integrated into instruction, and supervised agricultural-experience activities for students.
