Creates the Illinois School Social Work Shortage Loan Repayment Program administered by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.

Provides grants up to $6,500 per year to eligible school social workers employed in public elementary or secondary schools in Illinois to encourage loan repayment.

Requires applicants to be U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, Illinois residents, currently employed as school social workers, and have at least 12 consecutive months of prior employment as a school social worker.

Applicants must have outstanding educational loan balances related to obtaining a social work degree.

Gives priority consideration to applicants from underrepresented communities in the school social work field; effective July 1, 2021.
