Requires school districts to provide students in grades 10-12 the opportunity to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

ASVAB testing and military recruiter consultations must occur during regular school hours in a location on school grounds.

School boards determine by policy the specific date, time, and location for offering the ASVAB test to students each school year.

Applies to both regular school districts (Section 10-20.73) and unit school districts (Section 34-18.66).
