IL SB3765

Expands the Direct Child Welfare Service Employee License Board membership qualifications to accept professionals with juris doctorate, medical, public administration, or other relevant human services degrees, in addition to human services degrees.

Removes the requirement that Board members hold degrees "or equivalent course work as required by rule of the Department of Children and Family Services."

Changes the response time for calls to the Department's toll-free number regarding post-placement and post-adoption support services from 24 hours to no more than one business day after receipt of the request.
