Amends the Illinois TRUST Act definition of "immigration detainer" to clarify it means a request to state or local law enforcement to provide notice of release or maintain custody based on alleged civil immigration law violations, including detainers under 8 U.S.C. §§ 1226 or 1357 and federal regulations.

Expands the definition of "immigration detainer" to explicitly include Form I-247A (Immigration Detainer – Notice of Action form) and any predecessor or successor forms.

Amends the definition of "non-judicial immigration warrant" to include immigration warrants of arrest, detention or release orders, notices of custody determination, notices to appear, removal orders, warrants of removal, and other documents forming the basis for arrest or detention for civil immigration enforcement purposes.

Specifies that "non-judicial immigration warrant" includes Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of Alien), Form I-205 (Warrant of Removal/Deportation), and entries in the Immigration Violator File of the National Crime Information Center database.

Clarifies that "non-judicial immigration warrant" excludes criminal warrants issued by a judge based on probable cause in compliance with the Fourth Amendment and Illinois Constitution.
