IL SB3801

Requires the Division of Probation Services to reimburse counties 100% of salary costs for probation officer and supervisor positions approved for pretrial services programs and specialty court programs

Increases reimbursement for probation officer positions in basic services and new/expanded services approved before December 1, 2019 to $1,500 per month starting July 1, 2021

Adds an additional $500 per month increase each July 1st thereafter until these positions reach 100% salary reimbursement from the state

Removes the previous reference to "intensive sanction" programs from the list of positions eligible for 100% salary reimbursement

Eliminates the provision for 100% travel expense reimbursement for certain probation positions (makes subsection (e) blank)
