Amends the Adult Protective Services Act to expand the definition of "mandated reporter" to include financial professionals performing duties as bankers, brokers, investors, investment advisors, attorneys, financial consultants, financial advisors, broker-dealers, or administrators, regulators, or supervisors of these professions.

Mandated reporters are required to report suspected abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of eligible adults while engaged in carrying out their professional duties.

Applies to eligible adults aged 18-59 with disabilities or aged 60 and older who reside in domestic living situations and are suspected victims of abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation.

Financial exploitation is defined as the use of an eligible adult's resources by another person to the disadvantage of that adult or for the profit or advantage of someone other than that adult.
