Requires the Department of Juvenile Justice to share relevant records (including social investigation, psychological, and medical records) of juvenile offenders with county juvenile detention facilities and Illinois Probation Departments

Applies when a juvenile formerly in Department of Juvenile Justice custody is subsequently ordered held in a county juvenile detention facility or placed under county/circuit Probation Department supervision

Covers juveniles released from Department custody through mandatory supervision, aftercare, or juvenile parole who later return to local juvenile justice system oversight

Amends Section 5-901 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 to facilitate information sharing between state and local juvenile justice agencies

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
