Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to allow employees filing charges or complaints alleging employment discrimination to remain anonymous by using a fictitious name in documents served on the respondent/employer.

Anonymity right applies to charges filed with the Department of Human Rights, complaints filed with the Human Rights Commission, and civil actions commenced in circuit court under Article 2 (employment discrimination).

The anonymity protection covers initial charges (Section 7A-102), complaints before the Human Rights Commission (Section 8A-102), and civil court filings (Section 10-102).

Employee complainants may use fictitious names in official documents while preserving all other substantive and procedural rights under the Illinois Human Rights Act.
