Appropriates $677,000,000 total to the Department of Innovation and Technology for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, consisting of $25,000,000 in General Funds and $652,000,000 in Other State Funds

Appropriates $650,000,000 from the Technology Management Revolving Fund for the department's administrative and program expenses, including prior years' costs

Appropriates $2,000,000 from the Technology, Education, and Cybersecurity Fund for the Cybersecurity Liaison Program

Appropriates $20,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the Illinois Century Network and broadband projects

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the Illinois Longitudinal Data System 2.0

Takes effect July 1, 2020
