Appropriates $8,129,600 from the General Revenue Fund for the Department of Labor's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, covering personal services ($6,195,000), state contributions to Social Security ($455,400), contractual services ($302,000), and other operational costs.

Appropriates $1,238,500 from other state funds across five specialized enforcement programs: Amusement Ride and Patron Safety ($338,400), Child Labor and Day/Temporary Labor Services ($650,100), Employee Classification ($150,000), and Wage Theft Enforcement ($100,000).

Appropriates $5,400,000 in federal funds for Occupational Safety and Health Administration programs: $2,000,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for public sector worksite enforcement, $3,000,000 from the Federal Industrial Services Fund for administrative expenses, and $400,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Indirect Cost Fund.

Total appropriation of $14,768,100 across all funding sources for the Department of Labor's fiscal year 2021 operations.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
