Appropriates $731,921,700 to the Illinois Department of State Police for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, comprised of $299,811,700 from General Funds, $412,110,000 from Other State Funds, and $20,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $212,492,900 from General Revenue Fund to Division of Operations for personal services, social security contributions, contractual services, equipment, and telecommunications.

Designates $34,966,800 from General Revenue Fund to Division of Justice Services and establishes separate appropriations for Wireless Emergency, Vehicle Fund, and Vehicle Maintenance Fund operations.

Provides $48,562,300 from General Revenue Fund to Division of Forensic Services and Identification, plus $11,000,000 from State Crime Laboratory Fund and $3,400,000 from State Offender DNA Identification System Fund.

Appropriates $230,000,000 from Statewide 9-1-1 Fund for emergency telephone system costs and establishes multiple specialized program appropriations including $22,000,000 for firearm services and $12,000,000 for cadet program, effective July 1, 2020.
