Establishes appropriations for divisions including Finance and Administration ($3,942,800), Community Supportive Services ($1,323,400), and Community Care Services ($1,176,100) from General Revenue Fund

Allocates major grants from Services for Older Americans Fund for Title III Social Services ($25,000,000), Title III C-1 Congregate Meals ($24,000,000), Title III C-2 Home Delivered Meals ($22,000,000), and Title V Employment Services ($4,000,000)
