Appropriates $2,113,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for operational expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020

Appropriates $47,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council, including grants and administrative expenses

Appropriates $100,000 from the Lieutenant Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for ordinary and contingent expenses

Total appropriation of $2,261,100 ($2,161,100 from General Funds and $100,000 from Other State Funds)

Act takes effect July 1, 2020
