Appropriates $6,856,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2021 (beginning July 1, 2020).

Allocates $3,267,700 for personal services, $1,749,100 for state employees' retirement contributions, and $1,086,500 for group insurance.

Includes $200,000 specifically for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Provides funding for electronic data processing ($151,300), contractual services ($67,500), travel ($30,000), telecommunications ($30,000), and other operational expenses.

Takes effect on July 1, 2020.
