Appropriates $45,178,900 total for the Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, consisting of $44,178,900 from other state funds and $1,000,000 from federal funds

Allocates $25,527,500 from the Fire Prevention Fund and $4,999,300 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for general office operations including personal services, employee retirement contributions, group insurance, and equipment

Provides $3,500,000 for Small Equipment Grant Program, $1,000,000 for Minimum Basic Firefighter Training Program, and $2,000,000 for Fire Museum Building renovation and rehabilitation at the State Fairground in Springfield

Funds training and support programs including $300,000 for Firefighter Online Training Management System, $60,000 for Illinois Firefighter Peer Support Program, $500,000 for Supplemental Reimbursements to Local Governments for Firefighter Training, and $3,041,600 for Chicago Fire Department Training Program

Takes effect July 1, 2020
