Appropriates $32,098,100 in General Funds, $5,405,000 in Other State Funds, and $5,500,000 in Federal Funds totaling $43,003,100 to the Board of Higher Education and Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for fiscal year 2021.

Allocates $2.5 million for Board of Higher Education operational expenses and provides specific funding for the P-20 Longitudinal Education Data System ($389,400), My Credits Transfer System ($183,300), and Common Application System reimbursements ($1 million).

Funds higher education initiatives including Grow Your Own Teachers Program ($2,466,300), Diversifying Higher Education Faculty Program ($1,456,500), nursing school grants ($373,900), and nurse educator fellowships ($197,400).

Provides $980,500 for Cooperative Work Study Programs, $1,055,700 for University Center of Lake County, and multiple supplemental appropriations from specialized funds for regulatory compliance and data management.

Appropriates $19,891,800 from Education Assistance Fund and $3,925,000 from IMSA Income Fund to Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for personnel, contractual services, equipment, and operational expenses for fiscal year 2021; effective date July 1, 2020.
