Appropriates $1,458,739,100 total for the Department of Children and Family Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, consisting of $1,044,588,500 in General Funds, $403,639,000 in Other State Funds, and $10,511,600 in Federal Funds

Allocates $320,243,500 from General Revenue Fund for agency-wide expenses including $240,792,900 for personal services, $21,634,000 for electronic data processing, and other operational costs

Appropriates $677,486,100 from General Revenue Fund and $326,939,000 from DCFS Children's Services Fund for foster care, adoption services, family preservation, counseling, and group home care for children in the agency's care

Provides funding for child protection services, child welfare programs, central administration, clinical services including foster care and adoptive care training, and legal and compliance matters

Takes effect July 1, 2020
