Appropriates $1,534,218,875 in General Funds and $93,629,600 in Other State Funds ($1,627,848,475 total) to the Illinois Department of Corrections for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Funds ordinary and contingent expenses for department divisions including General Office, Education Services, Field Services, and 28 individual correctional facilities and treatment centers.

Allocates $9,000,000 for statewide hospitalization services and $7,775,375 for replacement of aging telecommunication systems.

Appropriates $4,560,000 for late interest penalties on warrants and $100,000 to the Sex Offender Management Board from separate sources; appropriates $688,500 to Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
