Appropriates $57,956,700 in total funding to the Illinois Commerce Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, drawn from multiple funds.

Allocates $1,982,300 from the Public Utility Fund and $167,800 from the Transportation Regulatory Fund for the Chairman and Commissioner's Office.

Appropriates $30,322,300 from the Public Utility Fund for Public Utilities division operations, including $13,993,600 for personal services.

Appropriates $15,143,300 from the Transportation Regulatory Fund for Transportation division operations, including $6,824,200 for personal services.

Provides additional appropriations of $300,000 for the Statewide One-call Notice System, $3,000,000 for wireless carrier 911 service reimbursements, $4,040,000 for carrier registration programs, and $3,000,000 for telecommunications access programs.
