Appropriates $244,415,500 total for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, funded from General Funds ($46,990,600), Other State Funds ($45,724,900), and Federal Funds ($151,700,000)

Article 1 appropriates $3,104,300 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($1,741,200), contractual services ($365,700), and operational expenses ($695,200)

Article 1 appropriates additional General Revenue funds for specific programs: Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council ($525,000), Bullying Prevention ($443,000), Grant Accountability and Transparency ($1,500,000), Community-Based Violence Prevention ($7,541,300), and trauma centers ($3,361,700)

Article 2 appropriates funds from multiple sources including ICJIA Violence Prevention Fund ($402,800), Criminal Justice Information Projects Fund ($35,000,000 for Restore, Reinvest, and Renew Program), Criminal Justice Trust Fund ($140,000,000 for awards and grants), and Death Penalty Abolition Fund ($4,874,300)
