Personal Services funding totals $953,600 for staff salaries and wages.

State employee benefits include $522,900 for retirement system contributions and $291,500 for group insurance coverage.

Operating expenses include $164,400 for contractual services, $17,000 for telecommunications, $10,400 for travel, and smaller amounts for commodities, printing, equipment, and data processing.

The Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
