Appropriates $27,872,400 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020

Allocates funds for General Office operations including regular positions ($8,529,800), arbitrators ($3,938,600), and state employee retirement contributions ($4,677,000)

Provides funding for group insurance ($3,263,500), electronic data processing ($2,300,000), contractual services ($1,500,000), and other operational expenses

Appropriates additional $55,000 for costs associated with establishing the Medical Fee Schedule and other Workers' Compensation Act provisions

Effective date is July 1, 2020
