Appropriates $11,059,900 from the Dram Shop Fund to the Liquor Control Commission for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Appropriates $5,000 for refunds from the Dram Shop Fund.

Appropriates $263,200 for expenses related to the Retailer Education Program.

Appropriates $294,500 for operating the Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
