Appropriates $27,514,200 total to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020: $3,000,000 from General Funds and $24,514,200 from Other State Funds.

Appropriates $4,814,200 from Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for operations including personal services ($2,193,400), retirement contributions ($1,202,700), group insurance ($662,500), and other operating expenses.

Appropriates $100,000 from Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement training services under the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act.

Appropriates $3,400,000 from Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local government units for video camera installation in law enforcement vehicles and officer training.

Appropriates $16,200,000 from Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid to reimburse training and training services, with $3,000,000 from General Revenue Fund to be deposited only upon Governor approval.
