Appropriates $245,873,300 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds, trustee fees, and legal expenses.

Appropriates $12,261,500 from the Chicago Travel Industry Promotion Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for a grant to Choose Chicago.

Total appropriations of $258,134,800 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
