Appropriates $1,924,500 from the General Revenue Fund for the Prisoner Review Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, including personal services ($1,313,200), Social Security contributions ($100,500), contractual services ($209,000), travel ($77,300), and other operational expenses.

Appropriates $982,700 from the General Revenue Fund for the Prisoner Review Board's operating costs and expenses including court orders, consent decrees, and settlements.

Appropriates $140,000 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for all ordinary and contingent expenses excluding personal services.

Total appropriation to the Prisoner Review Board is $3,047,200 for fiscal year 2021.

Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
