Appropriates $13,793,900 from the Supreme Court Special Purposes Fund for oversight and management of electronic filing, case management systems, and Supreme Court committees and commissions

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Supreme Court Federal Projects Fund for expenses relating to various Federal projects

Takes effect July 1, 2020
