Defines key terms including "asset," "debt," "creditor," "family," "economic relationship," and "income" with explicit inclusions and exclusions (e.g., personal residences, diversified mutual funds, and government bonds are excluded from reportable assets).

Repeals the separate economic interests form previously required for county clerk filings and updates the definition of "lobbyist" to reference current registration requirements under Illinois law.

Applies to statements filed in 2021 and thereafter; earlier filings continue to follow prior law.
