Authorizes the State Treasurer to issue official commemorative medallions honoring the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Directs the State Treasurer to contract for production, marketing, distribution, and sale of the commemorative medallions.

Recognizes Illinois's significant role in women's suffrage, including being the first state east of the Mississippi River to grant women the right to vote for President in 1913 and one of the first three states to ratify the 19th Amendment on June 10, 1919.

Acknowledges key Illinois figures in the suffrage movement, including Jane Addams, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, Governor Edward Dunne, and U.S. Representative James Mann.
