Approves waiver request WM100-6567 filed by Dalzell Grade School District #98 to waive School Code mandates for previously approved non-resident students.

"Previously approved non-resident student" is defined as a non-resident student enrolled under prior waiver request WM100-5714 or a sibling living in the same household as such a student.

The waiver approval does not apply to non-resident students first enrolled in the district after the 2018-2019 school year (expiration of waiver request WM100-5714).

The State Board of Education filed the Report on Waivers of School Code Mandates on February 28, 2019, as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code.
