Designates the equestrian campground within the Jim Edgar Panther Creek State Fish and Wildlife Area in Chandlerville as the "Landon Equestrian Campground" in honor of Roger and Regina Landon.

Requests the Department of Natural Resources to erect appropriate plaques or signs at suitable locations notifying the public of the campground's name.

Recognizes Roger and Regina Landon for organizing annual "Saddle-Up for St. Jude's" horse trail rides since 2001 that have raised $730,000 for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Commends the Landons for their volunteerism, dedication to the people of Illinois, and efforts to preserve natural fish and wildlife areas.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the Director of Natural Resources and to Roger and Regina Landon.
