Creates a 5G Task Force to identify major health risks associated with 5G infrastructure proliferation in Illinois.

Task Force comprises four members serving without compensation: one from Department of Public Health, one from Department of Innovation and Technology, one radiology expert, and one electrical engineering professor employed as a professor.

Department of Public Health provides administrative support to the Task Force.

Task Force must submit a final report to the General Assembly by January 1, 2021 and is dissolved upon filing the report.
