Declares June 10, 2019 as 19th Amendment Ratification Day in Illinois to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the state's ratification of the 19th Amendment.

Recognizes that the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified on August 18, 1920, granting American women the right to vote after nearly a century of advocacy.

Notes that Illinois women's suffrage efforts began in the 1860s, with women gaining the right to vote for school officers in 1891 and full voting rights when Governor Edward Dunne signed a suffrage bill on June 26, 1913.

Acknowledges that Illinois ratified the 19th Amendment on June 10, 1919, becoming the first state to do so after Congress passed the Susan B. Anthony Amendment on June 4, 1919.

Credits the Illinois Equal Suffrage Association, Illinois Federation of Women's Clubs, and Chicago Political Equality League for their work in securing voting rights for women in the state.
