Designates June 7, 2019 as Medal of Honor Day in Illinois to honor Medal of Honor recipients and the values they represent.

Recognizes the Medal of Honor Foundation's 20-year history of creating education, recognition, and outreach programs promoting courage, sacrifice, commitment, integrity, citizenship, and patriotism.

Notes that Illinois has produced 106 Medal of Honor recipients since the Civil War and only 70 living recipients exist nationwide.

Acknowledges Lester Crown and the Crown Family receiving the Distinguished Service Award at the Salute to the Medal of Honor Gala at the Union League Club of Chicago.

Encourages adults and children to research Medal of Honor history and recognize service members from all branches of the Armed Forces.
