Direct the Auditor General to conduct a management audit of over 300 Illinois state boards, commissions, task forces, councils, and authorities.

Audit must examine each board and commission's name, purpose, appointed members, vacancies, costs of stipends/salaries/per diems, and expense reimbursements for Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020.

Audit must document meeting dates and attendance records for Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020, and identify any reports or work products produced during that period.

Auditor General must report findings and recommendations in accordance with Section 3-14 of the Illinois State Auditing Act, with all state agencies required to cooperate fully with the audit.

Resolution addresses findings that some boards and commissions are not fulfilling their missions, including those that are inactive, have long-term vacancies, have expired member terms, or have failed to meet as required.
