Honors Seferino "Don" Perez of Moline, who passed away on May 14, 2020, and extends condolences to his family and loved ones.

Recognizes Don Perez's service as a U.S. Army Veteran who served during the occupations of Japan and Germany and participated in five major campaigns during the Korean War, including the Inchon Landing and Battle of Chosin Reservoir.

Acknowledges his retirement from John Deere Planter in Moline and his memberships in St. Mary's Church, the Ybarra VFW, American Legion Post 246, and the American GI Forum, as well as his volunteer work as a school crossing guard.

Notes that Don Perez was born on August 6, 1931, married Esther Belman on December 28, 1957, and is survived by his wife, five children, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and his brother Jesse.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Perez family as an expression of sympathy.
