Illinois Senate expresses condolences on the death of Gerald W. Maddox of Moline, who passed away on July 8, 2020.

Maddox was born September 24, 1940 in Davenport, Iowa; graduated from Moline High School and Black Hawk College; served in the U.S. Air Force.

Maddox retired from Deere and Co. in 1995 and enjoyed billiards, bowling, golf, tennis, motorcycles, hunting, and traveling.

Maddox is survived by his daughter Shanon, son Gerek, granddaughter Alyssa H. Maddox, and numerous cousins including Nancy Seelow.

A suitable copy of the resolution will be presented to Maddox's family as an expression of condolences.
